Leonard Braunschweiger's Former Office

For 10 years, my first office was at the corner of 20th Street and Fifth Avenue. When my lease ran out, it was time to find a new home. As I searched, I knew exactly what the space needed to have: a working area for five to six people, a small kitchen with a sink, a library, and a conference space that was out of sight and separated from the working area. After spending a good amount of time looking on lower Broadway in the Madison Square Area, I found the perfect spot. It was 750 square feet and had windows at one end of the room. I took measurements, immediately designed the space, and committed to a lease the very next day. I enjoyed my time there, working creatively with colleagues and clients for many years.
